Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required by Spanish tax law. International orders may be subject to additional taxes or duties in the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price in force at the time you complete the order will apply to that order.

Volume discounts

Automatic discounts apply to multi-track orders of the same service:

  • 3 or more tracks: 10% off
  • 5 or more tracks: 15% off
  • 8 or more tracks: 20% off

Volume Packs (EP / Album / Label) have their own fixed pricing as displayed on the Pricing page.

Payment methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Accepted methods include:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • SEPA bank transfer (for EU customers)
  • Other methods as available through Stripe

We do not store or have access to your payment card details. All card data is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Payment terms

  • Standard orders: 100% payment in advance before work begins
  • Volume Packs and custom projects over €500: 50% deposit on order, 50% before final delivery
  • Memberships: automatic recurring billing (quarterly or annual) until cancelled
  • Sample shop products: immediate payment, immediate digital delivery

Invoicing

An electronic invoice will be issued for every paid order and sent to the email address provided. Invoices comply with Spanish tax requirements (Royal Decree 1619/2012). Business customers must provide a valid Tax ID (NIF/CIF/VAT) before invoicing.

05Delivery & turnaround

Audio post-production services are delivered according to one of three tiers selected at order:

  • Standard tier: 3–4 weeks turnaround · base price
  • Urgent tier: 9–14 days turnaround · +49% surcharge
  • Priority tier: 3–5 business days turnaround · +95% surcharge

Turnaround times start the next business day after:

  • Payment has been received and confirmed
  • You have provided all required audio files and project information
  • The audio files meet the technical requirements outlined in section 10

Delays caused by incomplete information, files that don't meet technical specs, or unresponsiveness during the revision phase do not count against the agreed turnaround time.

Important

Turnaround times are working time estimates, not strict deadlines. While we make every effort to meet them, delays may occasionally occur due to project complexity or scheduling. Significant delays will be communicated in advance.

Digital product delivery

Sample packs, presets, templates, and educational content are delivered immediately after payment confirmation via download link or account dashboard.

06Order, revisions, approval

Placing an order

To order a service:

  1. Select the service and tier on the website
  2. Complete payment
  3. You will receive an email with instructions to upload your files and project notes via cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or OneDrive)
  4. Once files are received, we begin work within the agreed timeframe

Revisions

Our standard policy is unlimited revisions until you approve the final master/mix, subject to the following:

  • Each revision request must be specific and constructive (e.g. "more low-end punch", "vocal sits too forward in chorus")
  • Revision requests must stay within the scope of the original service ordered. Adding new elements (e.g. requesting mixing changes during a mastering job) constitutes a new order
  • Each revision round adds approximately 2–5 business days to delivery (or 1–2 for Priority tier)

Approval & sign-off

Once you approve the final version, the project is considered delivered and final. Any subsequent changes will be treated as a new order with separate pricing.

Implicit approval

If you do not provide feedback within 30 calendar days from receiving a deliverable, the version is automatically considered approved.

07Cancellations & refunds

Before work has started

You may cancel an order at any time before work begins and receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees (typically 1.5–2.9%).

After work has started

Once work has begun, the order cannot be refunded, but you have full access to:

  • Any work-in-progress files completed up to that point (delivered "as-is")
  • The continuation of the project to completion under the agreed terms

Digital products (samples, presets, templates, videos)

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds are generally not available, as the content cannot be returned. Exceptions apply for:

  • Technical defects that prevent the product from being used as advertised
  • Content that significantly differs from the description
  • Duplicate purchases due to technical errors

Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to hello@lenzmusiclab.com.

Memberships

Membership cancellation:

  • Quarterly plan: first quarter is committed. After the first quarter, you can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period
  • Annual plan: follows the same logic at yearly intervals
  • No partial refunds for unused months

To cancel, log in to your account dashboard or email hello@lenzmusiclab.com.

08Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in Spain by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from distance contracts. However, this right has specific exceptions:

Personalized services (mastering, mixing, production)

These services are personalized to your specific audio material and cannot be returned once started. By accepting these Terms and uploading your files, you expressly request that we begin service before the 14-day cooling-off period expires, and you acknowledge that:

  • Once work has begun, you lose your right of withdrawal
  • If the service is fully delivered within 14 days, you lose your right of withdrawal entirely
  • If you cancel before delivery, you must pay for the portion of work already completed

Digital content (samples, presets, templates, videos)

Under Article 103.m of the Spanish Consumer Law, digital content delivered immediately upon purchase is exempt from the right of withdrawal, provided that:

  • You expressly consent to immediate access
  • You acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so

This consent is granted by clicking "Buy" or "Download" on the product page.

Memberships

You have 14 days from the start of a membership to withdraw, provided no content has been accessed. Once you have streamed any video or used any benefit, the right of withdrawal is lost.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

If applicable, you can withdraw by sending a clear statement to hello@lenzmusiclab.com within 14 days of order, including:

  • Your name, order number, and order date
  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw

Refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

09Intellectual property

Your audio content

You retain 100% of the rights to your audio material, both the original input and the processed result. Lenz Music Lab claims no copyright, ownership, or authorship over your tracks. We process your audio strictly according to your instructions.

Promotional use

We may reference completed work in our portfolio, "Before & After" samples, and educational content only with your explicit prior written consent. Without consent, your work remains confidential. Consent for promotional use, when given, is granted on a per-project basis and can be withdrawn at any time.

Ghost production

For ghost production services, full ownership and authorship rights are transferred to you upon final payment. Lenz Music Lab waives any claim to authorship credit or royalties from tracks produced under this service.

Sample packs and presets

Products purchased from the sample shop come with a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license that allows you to:

  • Use the content in commercial and non-commercial productions
  • Use the content on any number of tracks
  • Distribute the resulting productions on any platform

However, you may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the original samples/presets
  • Include them in other sample packs or libraries
  • Claim authorship of the sample content itself
  • Use them to train AI or machine learning models

Educational content

Videos purchased individually or accessed via membership are licensed for personal viewing only. You may not:

  • Redistribute, re-upload, or share the videos publicly
  • Use videos for group screenings or commercial training
  • Extract audio or transcribe content for distribution

Membership subscribers retain access only while the membership is active. Individually purchased videos remain accessible for lifetime streaming.

Website content

All content on lenzmusiclab.com (text, design, graphics, code) is owned by Lenz Music Lab and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or use the content without prior written permission.

10Audio file requirements

To ensure best results and respect agreed turnaround times, audio files must meet the following technical requirements:

Mastering

  • Format: WAV or AIFF (preferred), 24-bit minimum, 44.1 kHz or higher
  • Headroom: peak levels at -6 dB or below; no clipping
  • No master bus processing: avoid limiters, maximizers, or excessive compression on the master bus
  • One file per track: stereo interleaved WAV files

Stem mastering

Same as above, plus:

  • Stems exported from the same start point ("zero" reference)
  • Each stem labeled clearly (e.g. "01_Drums", "02_Bass", "03_Synths")
  • Typically 4–8 stems; more than 12 stems may be considered a mixing job

Mixing

  • Individual track stems or DAW session export
  • All tracks consolidated from the same start point
  • Clear labeling of each track
  • Reference tracks for sonic direction (Spotify links or audio files)

Vocal mixing

  • Raw vocal stems (no processing) plus a rough instrumental for context
  • Vocal tracks separated by performance (lead, harmonies, ad-libs)

Files that do not meet these requirements may result in additional fees or extended turnaround. We will contact you promptly if adjustments are needed.

11Education membership

Plans available

  • Quarterly: €24/month, billed €72 every 3 months
  • Annual: €19/month, billed €230 yearly (20% saving vs quarterly)

What's included

Active membership grants access to:

  • Full streaming library of all current and future educational videos
  • At least one new video added per month
  • One quarterly track feedback submission (members only)
  • Access to the private members community (Discord)
  • Automatic 15% discount on services and sample shop products

Billing & renewal

Memberships are billed automatically using the payment method on file. Renewal happens at the end of each billing cycle (every 3 months for quarterly, every 12 months for annual).

You will receive a renewal reminder email 7 days before each automatic renewal.

Cancellation

  • Quarterly: first quarter is committed. After that, cancel anytime from your dashboard
  • Annual: cancel anytime, but no partial refunds for unused months
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period

Track feedback

Quarterly track feedback is a recorded video review (typically 5–10 minutes) covering main areas for improvement. It is not a full mix or master service — it's actionable critique. Submissions must be made within the quarter; unused submissions do not roll over.

Price changes

Membership prices may be updated. Existing members will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and the new price will apply only from the next renewal. You may cancel before the next renewal if you don't agree with the new pricing.
