Standard mastering processes your stereo mix as a single file. Stem mastering processes 4–8 stems separately (drums, bass, melodic, vocals, FX), giving us more control over each section and the ability to fix issues stereo mastering can't address. More expensive, but recommended when your mix needs significant work on specific elements.

Specialty is electronic dance music in all its variants. We also work on adjacent genres (downtempo, electronic-influenced pop, ambient, hip-hop with electronic production). For genres far from that focus (classical, jazz, acoustic folk) we may recommend specialists — we want every project we touch to get the best possible result.

We produce a track on your behalf and transfer full ownership and authorship rights to you on delivery. No credit, no royalties, no public association on our side. Built for established artists who need extra output without diluting their identity. Covered by strict NDAs by default.

No. Co-production is collaborative — we work with you on arrangement, sound design and overall production, and it can include rewriting elements, suggesting new ideas or fixing structural issues. Mixing is the technical process of balancing existing elements. Co-production usually includes the mix as its final stage.

Yes. Common combinations: Mixing + Mastering, Vocal Mix + Track Mix, Co-production + Mix + Master. Volume discounts apply automatically (10% from 3 tracks, 15% from 5, 20% from 8). For full projects, see the Volume Packs (EP / Album / Label) on the Pricing page.

Yes. Vinyl mastering handles low-end mono compatibility, sibilance control, side-length considerations, and DDP delivery for cutting. Mention it when ordering or contact us for a custom quote.

Yes — references help. Send 1–3 reference tracks (Spotify, SoundCloud or Beatport links) that represent the sonic direction you want. Useful for targeting loudness, low-end character and overall tone.

Base prices and all options are on the Pricing page. Cost depends on (1) the service, (2) the delivery tier (Standard / Urgent / Priority), and (3) the number of tracks (volume discounts apply automatically). For custom packages, contact us for a tailored quote.

All payments go through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SEPA transfers (for EU customers), and other methods Stripe supports. We don't store or have access to your card details.

Yes. All prices on the site include VAT where applicable. Customers outside the EU may be subject to local taxes or duties that aren't our responsibility.

For standard orders, payment is in full before we begin. For projects above €500 (Volume Packs, full albums, custom projects), we offer 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery. Terms are confirmed at order time.

Automatic discounts: 10% from 3 tracks, 15% from 5 tracks, 20% from 8 tracks — for the same service ordered together. Dedicated bundles (EP Pack, Album Pack, Label Pack) offer additional savings on the Pricing page.

Yes. An electronic invoice is issued and emailed automatically for every paid order. Business customers should provide a valid tax ID (NIF/CIF/VAT) at checkout — it can also be added afterwards by contacting us.

For services not yet started: full refund minus payment processing fees. Once work has started, refunds aren't available but you receive everything completed up to that point. Full details in the Terms & Conditions.

After payment you get an email with upload instructions. Share via cloud link — Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or OneDrive. Set the link to "Anyone with the link can view/download" and no password.

WAV or AIFF (preferred), 24-bit minimum, 44.1 kHz or higher. Never send MP3 or other compressed formats for mastering or mixing — quality is lost before we start. For stems, label them clearly ("01_Drums", "02_Bass", "03_Synths").

For mastering: peaks at −6 dB or below (no clipping). For mixing: leave headroom — no limiters or maximizers on the master bus. Rule of thumb: leave us room to work. A pre-loud mix limits what mastering can do.

Standard pricing covers tracks up to 8 minutes. Longer tracks (extended mixes, intro/outro club versions, ambient pieces) may have additional charges. For anything over 12 minutes, contact us first.

Depends on the tier: Standard (3–4 weeks), Urgent (9–14 days, +49% surcharge), Priority (3–5 business days, +95% surcharge). Turnaround starts the next business day after payment and file receipt. Revisions add 1–5 business days each depending on tier.

Unlimited revisions until you approve the final result, within the scope of the ordered service. Requests should be specific ("more low-end punch", "vocals sit too forward in the chorus"). Major scope changes (e.g. a full re-mix on a mastering job) count as a new order.

Mostly email, for clarity and a written record. Each deliverable includes notes on the decisions made during the session. Receipt of files is confirmed within hours; revision requests get a reply within 1–2 business days.

No — the workflow is fully remote. Clients everywhere. For Co-production, in-person sessions can be arranged if useful, but never required. For mastering and mixing, remote is actually preferred (more focused, easier scheduling).

Standard delivery: WAV 24-bit 44.1 kHz (streaming), WAV 16-bit 44.1 kHz (CD), MP3 320 kbps (previews / social). On request: higher sample rates (48 / 88.2 / 96 kHz), DDP for vinyl, FLAC for lossless distribution, multi-loudness versions (one for streaming, one for clubs).

Yes. DDP (Disc Description Protocol) is an add-on for vinyl mastering jobs. The DDP image contains all your tracks in the correct order, with optimized fades, ready for the pressing plant.

For mastering, the chain stays internal — we don't share project files. For Mixing or Co-production, the final session file can be shared as part of the deliverable on request (extra fee may apply depending on size). Ghost Production includes full session files by default.

Delivered files remain accessible for re-download for 90 days. After that, archived for 12 additional months, then deleted. You're responsible for long-term backups — download immediately upon delivery.

You retain 100% of the rights to your audio — both the original input and the processed result. We claim no copyright, ownership or authorship. Your audio is only processed according to your instructions. For Ghost Production, full authorship also transfers to you on final payment.

Only with your explicit written permission. Your work is confidential by default. We may ask separately about using a track for our Before & After section or as promotional material — feel free to say no. Permission, if granted, is per-project and can be withdrawn any time.

Yes. NDAs are standard for Ghost Production and available on request for any service. Send yours when ordering or contact us to discuss specifics. For most projects, confidentiality is already implicit — we don't share anything without permission.

Fully compliant with GDPR. Data is used only for the purposes you give consent for (responding to inquiries, managing your account, billing). We never sell data to third parties. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

Yes — under GDPR you have the right to erasure. Send a request to hello@lenzmusiclab.com and it's processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal reasons (invoices for accounting) but everything else can be deleted on request.
